Sense of Urgency

Sense of Urgency in work is Winning formula. Every possible work to be mapped into important and Urgent quadrant. To acheive highest Productiviy indicator.Productivity of an Organnization is collective, summation and integration of every individual in that firm. Contribution by factor and effective utilization of 3M (Machine , Material and Money) makes big difference.

For an Organization, success is not just Profit registered. But the people, those are dedicated and understand their responsibility to contribute in growth of organization.
Everyone should work towards common goal of acheiving customer apreciation, delivering goods or services not on-time but JUST-IN-TIME. With ultimate quality and quantity demanded.

Is Sense of Urgency works? always...would be a question. Some lifely experiences may differ to the fact that, some delay in making decisions gets paid. There is False Urgency. Which misleades to the fact of URGENCY.

Guru Purnima (गुरुपौर्णिमा )

Guru Purnima also known  as Vyas Purnima. महर्षि व्यास wrote several books on various subjects. There is no topic in the world, which never touched upon by महर्षि व्यास. That's the reason its said that, व्यासोचिस्तम जगत्सर्वं !. Guru is one, who is not लघु. Mean Guru is never small. Guru is light house, power house and so on..

As per Upnishad, Gyan should not be given to anyone. There should be pre-qualification criteria. It is very well defined in Upnishad and Srimad Bhagvat Geeta. Geeta says," इदं ते नातपस्काय, ना भक्ताय कदाचन: !, न च शुश्रूषावे वाच्यं न च मा योभ्यासुयती !!. गीता १८-७.

आत्मज्ञान (Knowledge about Soul) should not be given to, one who does made any concentrated efforts in getting knowledge. One who is not believe in GOD. One who is not ready to listen anything about GOD, his existence and presence in the Universe. Finally, to one who is against GOD, Who challenges GOD's existence in his/her capacity. Those four types of human are not qualified to be given गुह्यज्ञान.

It should be very clear to every one's mind that, if at all I have to get knowledge from Guru. I should have तप, I should not be away from God any moment. भक्त जो भगवंत पासून विभक्त नाही.  Also always keen to listen from Guru. Will have 100% trust in God. That's the key....
Greek Philosopher सॉक्रेटिस, used to give knowledge to anyone and everyone. Whom so he find on road, near his house or any place. Finally, he had been sent behind bar for several years. He was Poisoned.
That's what Srimad Bhagvat Geeta emphasized, to check pre-qualification for knowledge transfer.....

अक्षर: Immortle knowledge

Supreme soul (परमात्मा), soul (आत्मा), knowledge (ज्ञान ) are immortle (अक्षर ).
Knowledge is light, that helps us to walk through the darkness of life. Life is full of uncertainties, most of the time we trap in dilemma. Solution of the problem comes in options which one to select? We are always fighting inside to select from, right or wrong, bad or good, constructive or destructive, knowledge is the ultimate tool to be applied.
Knowledge removes dilemma (द्वंद्व ) and defines more clear path for life. Goals are visible, time is in control and results are not expected, as they come automatic.
Spiritual teacher (गुरु) is guiding force, light house and source of knowledge. So be there with knowledge sorce (गुरु ) to acheive ultimate peace of life....enjoy life as human being. Most special creation of The God.
